International and Domestic Arbitration

The Firm has a strong arbitration practice encompassing high-value commercial arbitrations, arbitration-related litigation, and structured mediation proceedings. The Firm has been engaged by clients for domestic and international arbitrations. It regularly represents clients in complex arbitrations arising out of oil and gas contracts, development and infrastructure agreements, and commercial arrangements across sectors. The Firm also advises and appears in arbitration-related court proceedings, including matters concerning appointment, challenge, and substitution of arbitrators before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

Mediation and Negotiation

The Firm has serviced various Clients in mediation and negotiation proceedings prior to initiation of a commercial dispute.
