Divya graduated from Nirma University with Honors in Business Laws in 2024. He specializes in Insolvency Laws, White-Collar Crimes, and Commercial Disputes. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and various Specialized Tribunals. He has substantial experience in arbitration and drafting pleadings.
