Harsh graduated with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.)  in Corporate Law from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in 2022. He specializes in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, white-collar crime and civil and criminal litigation. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, NCLAT, NCLT and High Courts. Harsh has gained extensive experience and combines strong research and drafting skills in complex commercial matters.
