Piyush graduated from Amity University, Noida in 2022 and specializes in dispute resolution with a primary focus on constitutional law, while also handling select criminal matters. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and other judicial and regulatory authorities, and has substantial experience in drafting pleadings, preparing comprehensive case briefs, and formulating effective litigation strategies. He has appeared in matters before a Seven-Judge Constitution Bench of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in a landmark constitutional case and handled petitions before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay involving issues of social and educational reservations, and appearing in commercial, corporate, regulatory, and fundamental rights disputes.
