Arpit Gupta is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with over a decade of experience spanning complex commercial disputes, constitutional litigation, and high-stakes criminal matters. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Digital Economy from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) from the Institute of Law, Nirma University.
